HAKUGEI HEALER : Premium High-Purity Copper Cable
Hakugei is a company based in China known to manufacture premium and robust cables. Today, we are going to review the Hakugei Healer. The Hakugei Healer is one of Hakugei's premium offerings and can be quite pricey for a cable. However, Healer is still less expensive compared to Hakugei's other offerings.
DISCLAIMER:
This unit is provided by Hakugei and Kent Aldriann Alfonso for a short and quick review of the Hakugei Healer. I am not connected to any company or organization, and I was not compensated for writing this review. As usual, this will be an honest and unbiased review.
Packaging
Material
Hakugei Healer is a high-purity 8-core Litz copper cable with a 4.4mm termination on one end and 0.78mm 2-pin type plugs. The spec sheet indicates that Hakugei uses a patented silver-copper alloy with a thick gold coating to improve sound quality, which we shall discuss in the next section. The Healer looks very sturdy, but it is surprisingly soft. It is not stiff, despite the tight braids on the cable. The cable length is 1.25 m.
Design
I really love the design of the Healer; it doesn't feel cheap and has that premium quality it boasts. I can really trust Hakugei when it comes to providing amazing, robust, premium cables. However, color pairing is a little more difficult. Not that it matters to everyone, but personally, I want a color palette that would fit with the Healer.
The Hakugei Healer is a visually appealing and robust cable that you can afford if you have the money, and the accessories used on the splitter and plug are excellent. The price starts at around $115.
Pros:
- sturdy
- eye-catching
- thick but soft
Cons:
- expensive for some
- the case might be a nitpick for some, but I personally like it
